Frontier Developments has brought a small DLC pack for Jurassic World Evolution 2 adding four new dinosaurs, although their inclusion gives a mixed feeling.
Jurassic World Evolution 2 is full of some amazing dinosaurs. You have to work through the story and the various gameplay modes to unlock them. The Early Cretaceous Pack adds a mix of land, marine, and flying reptiles to the game.
The price point of $4.99 feels a little steep making its value proposition timid, although it is not ridiculously expensive. I am not too fond of the dinosaurs added here aside from Kronosaurus, which is the most impressive one out of the lot. It is named after the Greek Titan Kronos, so it is equally as impressive. While it is no Mosasaurus, it still shows some impressive features.
The other additions to this pack are Dsungaripterus, Minmi, and Wuerhosaurus. All of these additions are perfectly fine for the world of Jurassic World Evolution 2, aside from them being DLC instead of being offered as a free update.
Thankfully, the base game is more than fantastic if you want to sink your teeth into getting your Jurassic Park. It is full of various dinosaur species including some of the fan-favorites. This feels like an additional DLC that is aimed at the enthusiastic among the community who know about every species of dinosaurs.
