Flash Party’s development team have been collecting player input since September, with an aim to getting the game ready for its formal debut as it matures alongside a dynamic and passionate community of brawler enthusiasts.
For some time now, a few of those fans have been testing new features and modes in-game. This was made feasible with the addition of ‘Lab Mode’ to Flash Party, which allowed the team to release new material in batches. This gave gamers the opportunity to test out some of the new stuff included in the update. Their input in the Lab was crucial in shaping “Stardust Warriors,” and there are several important new additions:
Heroes
Hero gameplay has been significantly improved. To address concerns like simple hero qualities — and a lack of combinations — Flash Party has introduced some new hero upgrades, with all heroes now grouped into four classes: All-rounder, Assaulter, Power House, and Impeder, each with its own defined combat mechanism. Making the heroes more playable and providing greater diversity in all areas of battle.
Another significant change is that the original hero levels will now all go up to level 10. While replacement skill stickers will be divided into regular and colourful stickers. Normal stickers unlock spaces based on level, offering heroes with various ability boosts such as increased combo damage, movement speed, shield damage, and so on.
When a hero achieves levels 7 and 10, he or she will get access to colourful sticker slots. They can bestow various passive abilities on heroes. At the moment, each hero has four colourful stickers to assemble.
For example, Macalon’s Earthshaker generates a powerful stomp that covers the whole surface area, affecting all opponents on the ground. While Macalon’s BBQ Feast releases a ball of flames when it hits the ground, giving opponents a fire elemental scorching effect. You may essentially accomplish a combination strike with these two stickers that will knock your opponent down in flames and cause them to receive constant damage.
Stardust Warriors focuses on hero and combat innovation, inviting players to build unique battle tactics based on their selected hero. Even the same heroes can now alter the fight dynamic.
Gameplay
Flash Party’s Stardust Warriors upgrade delves further beyond gameplay, particularly in terms of new modes. Although the full features of the Alter Verse Challenge mode, which focuses on PVE racing and tower climbing tasks, have yet to be published, its Party Royale option has. It allows up to ten people to participate in a battle royale manner on a bigger battlefield. Competing on the same arena, players will confront a terrain with environmental dangers that may be fatal to fighters: springboards, stealth bushes, and randomly fallen loot boxes. To live in the constantly dwindling safe zone, players will have to work hard. The last person standing wins.
The in-game store will also enter its second round of upgrades, with the hero store and a new currency called “Hero Coin” being introduced. In the new edition, players may buy heroes directly from the shop using “Lucky Coin,” or they can trade them for Hero Coins gained through Star Pass, Party Pass, and daily events.
With one month before the official release of Flash Party on Steam and Google Play, as well as the Stardust Warriors update, gamers may wishlist/pre-register through official storefronts.
