Bitmap Soft, in collaboration with Phoenix War, is set to launch ‘Cel Story’, an epic sci-fi adventure game, for the Nintendo Game Boy. The game will be available on January 6 for £45.00, with pre-orders currently open.
Set on a mysterious planet, ‘Cel Story’ follows the transformative journey of a hero stranded with memory loss and a damaged spacecraft. Players will explore a surreal landscape, uncover remnants of an ancient civilization, and face perilous encounters while piecing together fragments of the hero’s past.
The game’s core involves collecting essential components to repair the spacecraft. As players progress, a cryptic guide provides mysterious insights, turning the repair mission into a quest for self-discovery. Each repaired system of the ship brings the hero closer to survival and unravels the enigma of their forgotten history.
‘Cel Story’ promises an immersive experience with features like navigating a surreal landscape, engaging in combat with hostile creatures, decoding ancient puzzles, and racing against time to escape the planet. The game is not only a physical adventure but also a journey of unveiling memories and understanding the hero’s purpose.
The game is compatible with the original Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and Analogue Pocket. The package includes a cartridge, a case, a box, and an instruction outlet.
