The Ascent is the latest futuristic RPG to release for the Xbox and PC. It is a lengthy game but what about a New Game Plus mode in The Ascent?
The Ascent New Game Plus Mode
Players who have completed The Ascent’s main storyline campaign may ask if there is a New Game Plus option, however, there does not appear to be a New Game Plus mode in the traditional sense. So what exactly is this New Game Plus mode? It usually involves difficulty scaling, carriable stats and progression, and hidden secrets. There is no such mode for the game for now so we are out of luck.
So what do you even do after you are done with the long campaign in The Ascent. It will take you 20 hours to complete it, so what about The Ascent endgame?
You just return to Cluster 13 after finishing the game. You may continue to explore the game’s numerous regions, accomplish new and unfinished side quests, find goods, and do other things. Players have the option of starting a new session or replaying the game with friends or random opponents. You may gain more XP and level up your character to the highest level possible. The merchant’s inventory will be changed as a result of The Ascent endgame. More hidden treasures can be found, as well as side quests that are left behind from the main campaign.
