Sons of the Forest is the sequel to the 2014 video game The Forest and got released this February. It is a first-person horror game, where you have to survive on an island inhabited by Cannibals. You must make it through the deadly island by making weapons and buildings for your endurance. You will come across different people such as Kelvin who can be helpful in collecting resources. However, he is deaf but you can give him written commands to do the tasks. The second lady you will find will be Virginia, who can be resourceful in battles.

Can We Hotkey Weapons In Sons Of The Forest Or Not?
Well, unfortunately, there is no hotkey for weapons in Sons of the Forest, however, players have a quick inventory selection to grab things quickly. Players can simply not teleport things but if you want to know how to switch things quickly, then here is a break down to it:
- First, you need to go to the manual inventory menu by pressing the I button
- Select, the weapon or tool of your preference
- Make sure you don’t do it in a hurry because this would not work in a frantic situation
- Therefore, practice and understand how the inventory works perfectly
We recommend you hold the I button instead of pressing it because that will automatically bring out your backpack. For now, the Hotkey option is not operational in the Soms of the Forest, however, four options of the hotkey are added in the game through an update.
