Kill challenge is an optional objective in each of the missions of Sniper Elite 5. This guide will help you complete all of them.
Some special kill challenges are there for the players in every mission. Killing these special targets will get you to earn some rewards. In this article, we will guide we will make you know how to beat these challenges in Sniper Elite 5 missions.
How To Complete A Kill Challenge In Sniper Elite 5
Following are the challenges and ways to beat them.
- Mission 1 Kill Challenge – Explosion
In our first mission, our objective is to kill Beckendorf whom we can see driving in town in his flashy car. Now to kill the attempt on Beckendorf, you have to plant a bomb in the car or when he has parked his car, you can place a weller mine on the car and afterward wait for him to leave.
- Mission 2 Kill Challenge – Chandeliers
Our next objective in this mission is Kummler. You have to finish it with the help of the chateau’s chandeliers. Now to kill kummler, the easiest way to kill him is by shooting the chandelier. You have to shoot the chain at the time when the target is just below the chandelier. When you are going to aim at the chain, the aiming mark will turn red when your is perfect and right on spot. Now as Kummler will be in the ballroom, this now ballroom is on the east ground floor of the chateau so you have to be above the ballroom. From there sneak past some guards and reach the balcony. From there try to bait Kummler and his companions by throwing a bottle under the chandelier and now you can break the chain of the chandelier and can finish him off.
- Mission 3 Kill Challenge – Stealth takedown
Now kill Richter using stealth mode but it would be a little difficult to do a sneak kill on him. In the final moments of the mission, Richter will be in the meeting room. Inside the meeting room, you will see Richter and his crew. Meanwhile, he and his crew are going to leave the room. Now focus on his movements and finish off his guard before killing Richter. Now look for the moment and kill Richter using a stealth takedown.
- Mission 4 Kill Challenge – Rat Bomb
Kill Ehlirch using a Rat Bomb. Now at the beginning of the mission, acquire yourself a Rat Bomb. Now casually proceed through the mission as you do and when you finally arrive at the location where you have to use the Rat Bomb, be quiet and don’t alert others. Now enter the room where there is a marked white outline. Place the Rat Bomb on the marked white outline. There are two white marked outlines and you can also acquire a second Rat Bomb which is available in the armory just down the road.
Now when you finally make an entry inside the building, your objective will be inside talking to others. Once he’s done with his conversation he will return to his room and check the marked white outlines, make a move and detonate the bomb.
- Mission 5 Kill Challenge – Concrete
Your next target is Lanzo Baumann and this kill objective is not as easy as you think. Head straight to the construction site, and there you have to knock down your target with a melee attack. Now place the body in a wooden scaffolding with a cement mixture above it. Looking at the pit, you will see an active cement layer in the pit.
Throw the body into the pit and break the wooden fence on the balcony by shooting it.
- Mission 6 Kill Challenge – Poison
Our next kill target is Trautmann in mission 6. To kill Trautmann, you have to go inside the building and head towards the lobby where you will find a bottle containing poison on a wooden box next to the stairs. Now take that bottle upstairs and pour that poison into a glass next to the kill target’s door. Lastly, ring the bell and wait for him to take a sip from the glass. Now as he takes the sip, your challenge will be completed.
- Mission 7 Kill Challenge – V2 Rocket
Coming up next is the kill attempt on Dr. Christian Junger. For that, you have to go inside the weapons lab, where you are going to find a V2 Rocket among various types of weapons. Sneak past some vents and reach the V2 wind turbine room. Now look for some ladders which will help you climb the scaffolding and you will reach higher than the V2 Rocket. You are now able to interconnect with the pad that drops the rocket into the lab. If you are not able to get him under the V2, knock him down and bring him under the rocket or wait for the scientist to walk by the V2 and then drop the rocket on him.
- Mission 8 Kill Challenge – Japanese weapon
The final kill challenge is to assassinate Yoshikawa. Now to kill him you need Japanese weapons which can be acquired in two ways. The first way is that you can unlock the weapon Type 100 by finishing the fifth kill objective or you can get the weapon from the blown-up house where the workbench is located. Now as you have acquired the weapon, head straight to the killing objective and finish him off. Be careful not to waste the bullets and don’t try to change it with another weapon as it will get dropped.
