How To Access Tower of Sisyphus In Returnal
So basically this mode allows players to challenge themselves in this exciting story of the Tower of Sisyphus, where players have to climb the nominal tower and climb to its highest peak by clearing the incoming waves of enemies. The enemies will be more powerful as you climb the tower step by step.

Now the real question is where to find this tower? The tower can be reached by the players as they look on the right-hand side from the crash site. The outline of the tower will be visible from there. Getting close to the edge from one side of the tower, you will see that you just need the upgrade called Icarian Grapnel which is a must-have to access the Tower of Sisyphus. Once you have it you will be able to reach your destination. Using the grapple and entering the tower you will find the Sisyphean Translocator, this teleportation will help you to teleport to the Tower and after then you can activate the challenge.
How to get back to the Main Game:
To return to the main game, you have to climb down from the tower and return to the Sisyphean Translocator from there you need to teleport back to the crash site and the main game. This is how you can return to the main story from the Tower of Sisyphus.
Hospital in Tower of Sisyphus:-
Tower of Sisyphus holds some pretty spooky mysteries as you explore within the tower you will be able to find this location similar to a hospital. This scenery reminds Selene of the main game story. Afterward, the hospital scenery will be available on the left side of the safe room.
Is Co-Op possible in the Tower of Sisyphus:-
Playing online in the Tower is not possible, players will not be able to enjoy the mysteries of the Tower of Sisyphus with their friends. But still, there is an option to play the Co-Op mode In the main game.
New weapon called Disgorgers:-
There is a new weapon available in this mode called Digorgers. Disgorgers are extremely powerful weapons and not like the regular weapons in the game. They can be equipped by you for a limited time and in that time it will restore your primary weapon. They are consumable weapons and with energetic forceful capability, it deals a lot of damage to the enemies.
