When you are returning to the village for the second time after finishing Castle Dimitrescu, a white pig will spawn in the yard with a well near Luzia’s House. Just behind the fields and building where you met a man and woman during the 1st village visit earlier in the story. Kill the pig and pick up Quality Meat and go back to the Duke merchant. Give the Quality Meat to the Duke merchant and add it to the Ciorba de Porc recipe’s ingredients. The amount of damage you take will reduce when guarding by eating this dish.
That’s the only place where this Quality Meat spawns in Resident Evil Village.
