Find out how you can catch the Spiritomb, what is its weakness, stats, and abilities in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl introduce a dual-type Ghost Pokemon in Generation IV. It is created by the fusion of 108 spirits which is imprisoned in an Odd Keystone for the misdeeds 500 years ago.  Its height is 3’03 and weight is 238.1 Ibs and its ability is Pressure.

Where To Find Spiritomb In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

You can catch Spiritomb in a special quest known as A Spooky Message. In this quest, you will encounter Professor Willow who will provide some spooky challenges and at the end of the completion, you will get the Spiritomb for sure. This is quest comprises of three particular stages:

  1. You need to catch 10 Ghost-type Pokemon and create 8 Great Throws worth of 1080 XP. Here you will encounter Duskull Pokemon. 
  2. Secondly, catch 10 Dark-type pokemon while encountering Misdreavus Pokemon and spin 8 PokeStops to claim 1080 XP.
  3. Thirdly, claim your rewards worth of 1080 XP. And you will get Spiritomb. 

It is one of those strange Pokemon that are always tough and tricky to trap.

Where To Find Spiritomb:

It is an uncommon Pokemon in the Pokemon gaming series. Hence, got the fact it is hard to catch. It will take time to find it but we have compiled a specific procedure of how you can get your hands on it:

  • You need to have the Explorer Kit.
  • Get on Route 29. 
  • Use the odd Keystone on Hallowed Tower.
  • You will enter Grand Underground.
  • You have to talk to at least 32 people.
  • After talking to them, go to Hallowed Tower and get the Spiritomb. 

Spiritomb Weakness in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl:

Spiritomb takes more damage from Fairy Type Moves and Less Damage from Poison, Normal and Psychic Type Moves.
