New Pokémon Snap Ruins of Remembrance and How To Unlock The Final Illumina Spot
You will have to unlock the Gold Illumina Orb to complete this challenge. You will have to take a snap of the glowing Crystalbloom opposite the Ancient Ruins at the beginning of the Ruins of Remembrance route in order to unlock it. You can find the Crystalbloom on the canyon wall to the right of the big hole you will enter. After taking a snap of the Crystalbloom, complete a run of the Ruins of Remembrance and the Gold Illumina Orb will be unlocked on your next playthrough.
You will have to activate 6 Crystalblooms in the underground ruins when in the Ruins of Remembrance. Toss Illumina Orbs at each of them; you will have to start over if you miss even one of them.
Runs of Remembrance Crystalblooms Locations:
Here you will find the locations of all six Crystalbloom you need to activate in the underground ruins in Ruins of Remembrance.
Location – 1:
You can find the first Crystalbloom at the start of the underground ruin, right next to the blue statue.
Location – 2:
You can find the second Crystalbloom next to the Red statue. It’s impossible to miss.
Location – 3:
You can find the third Crystalbloom on the right side after you pass the purple statue with a group of rocky pillars on its left.
Location – 4:
You can find the fourth Crystalbloom surrounded by Eldegoss next to the green status. Just wait for them to disperse or throw a fluff fruit on them, and then light up the Crystalbloom by throwing an Illumina Orb.
Location – 5:
You can find the fifth Crystalbloom behind the Golurk. Throw fluff fruit at the Natu on his shoulder to get him to move, play music, throw Illumina Orbs, or just do whatever it takes to get the Natu to move. Golurk will move eventually, after that turnaround, and make a long shot throw to activate the Crystalbloom.
Location – 6:
You can find the final Crystalbloom surrounded by the other Crystalblooms at the end. The statues will glow if you activated all of the previous Crystalblooms. To reactivate the ruins, activate the gold Crystalbloom in the middle. In the end, the altar will glow gold! You will change the directions automatically and exit the level in a different way. From the Research Camp, you can now access the final Illumina Place. You will have to complete one more Illumina Spot to finish the game.
How To Unlock The Final Illumina Spot
Xerneas is the Legendary Pokemon that appears at the Illumina Spot of Ruins of Remembrance. You will have to throw Illumina Orbs at it when it’s in the orb form in order to get a picture of it, Xerneas will take physical form if you land a hit. Throw more Illumina Orbs at it until it glows when it is in this form. Take a snap when a pattern appears on its body! That’s its Illumina Form.
The Ancient Ruins point-of-interest are in the second room so it’s much easier to take shots. You must take a picture of the Ancient Ruins mural in the second room, past the pool.
