Necromunda: Hired Gun is finally released and there are many things for players to discover in the game as soon as they start playing it. Players will have to find and loot chests to get new guns and other items. But finding chests can be quite difficult because they are intentionally hidden from the main path. In this guide, we will tell you about an ability known as “Augur Array” that will help you to find the chests as well as the locations of all the chests available in Necromunda: Hired Gun.
How to Find Hidden Chests
Thankfully, there is assistance available from the game itself, which some players may overlook: the “Augur Array” improvement, which can be purchased. Under the “Cerebral” implants menu, players can find this upgrade. You can use the Augur Array to transform your vision into a black and white image once you have been loaded into a mission. Enemies will be highlighted, making shooting easier but the major benefit is that chests near you will be easier to notice, allowing you to notice them through barriers.
A white square with a red dot in the middle will represent chests and other treasures. The Augur Array deliberately blurs your vision, making it possible for you to overlook these small squares. If you are having problems seeing the squares, you are probably too far away from the chest, so keep going until they appear again. You will upgrade this ability to increase its range of vision.
You will have to play some side mission in case you are still missing chests even with this new ability. If you want to know how many chests are left in a level, hold the Tab button if you are playing it on PC, and for console, you will see the correct button prompt in the upper left-hand corner of the HUD.
