AshBy AshOctober 11, 2021No Comments2 Mins Read

Phantom Cloak is one of many fantastic abilities that makes you invisible and lets you go around the area harmlessly. Metroid Dread needs you to go a long way to discover and then cover so you would need abilities like Phantom Cloak, grapple beam ability, and many more. You will get Phantom Cloak right after defeating the first Boss.

If you don’t know how to use this ability then stick till the end of the article to know every detail of the Phantom Cloak.

What To Do After Unlocking Phantom Cloak In Metroid Dread

When Phantom Cloak is activated, Samus is destined to move pokily. It makes you go invisible in front of EMMI robots and gives you the greatest opportunity to beat them up. The hence undetectable ability of the Phantom Cloak is much helpful in getting through the Sensor-Lock doors.

How Do You Use Phantom Cloak?

If you look at the top-left corner of your screen, you will see an Aeion Bar. If that is full then press down on the right control stick to activate Phantom Cloak. Samus Health depends on the Aeion bar, if it oozes off, Samus health will also get affected.

What To Do With this Phantom Cloak!

After defeating the first Boss of the Metroid Dread, the Corpius, you have to go to the Sensor Lock Door to use this ability of invisibility. You will find the Sensor Lock Doors on the North-eastern side of the Artaria Map. After leaving the boss’s room, you will enter an area where you can see the blue wall. Climb up on the wall using the Spider Magnet ability. Above it, you will find the Sensor Lock Door that you had been looking for. Pass through the sensor area, using your Phantom Cloak ability.

On your way to the corridor, you will encounter several enemies. Fight them and head towards the top-right end of the area by using Phantom Cloak. Now take your east side. On its way, you will also see a missile room but to reach the save room, continue to your right. You will eventually reach the save room.

Passing this level of reach, you will open up new roads of exploration for yourself.
