In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, there are four secret unlockable playable characters, and Terrako, Guardian of Time is one of the hardest to obtain.
Terrako, the tiny guardian, came from the future to save Zelda. To add him to your roster of characters, you must fix him as he got broken in a fight against the calamity.
How To Unlock Terrako In Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
Once you complete the main story, the Terrako quest will become available.
Steps to Unlock Terrako:
Collect 50 Terrako Components:

Complete Terrako Challenges:
- The quest isn’t hard in terms of difficulty but requires a lot of effort.
- Complete various special Terrako challenges scattered around the map.
- Finish the late-game side quests to earn Terrako components.
Revive Terrako:
- After collecting all the Terrako parts, a cutscene will play, featuring Terrako coming back to life.
- Terrako will then be available as a playable character, equipped with unique weapons and abilities.
Although you’ll need to do a lot of grinding to unlock him, the effort is worth it because playing with Terrako is quite fun.
