In this guide, you will find the list of all the best weapons & seals for all the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity characters.
There are many weapons to use in the game for Zelda, Link, Impa, and Urbosa but only one of them can be the best out of the whole lot. Here are the weapons that we think are best suited for each character that is playable in the game.
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Best Weapons
Best Weapon and Seals For Link
Weapon
- Master Sword
Seals
- Reg. Attack Damage
- Strong Attack Damage
- Attack Range
- Damage per 100 KOs
Where To Find Master Sword
You will find this weapon automatically from chapter 3: Freeing Korok Forest.
You will get Master Sword as part of the main story of Age of Calamity, and it is one of the best weapons for Link. In terms of Seals, You will need to power up basic attacks and Damage per 100 KOs, while also augmenting attack slightly( as the weapon’s reach is somewhat lacking)
You can only get one Master Sword in the game. If there are any seals attached with your Master Sword that are not ideal, you will have to remove them at the Blacksmith.
Best Weapon and Seals For Zelda
Weapon
- Bow of Light
Seals
- Damage per 100 KOs
- Attack Range
- Special Attack Charge Rate
- Strong Attack Damage
Where To Find Bow of Light
You will get the Bow of light automatically from Chapter 6: Each Step like Thunder.
You will get this bow as an alternate weapon later in the story, this weapon will make her more powerful. Just keep it in your mind that if you will attack in Luminescent Form it will drain Zelda’s special attack gauge. That’s why we feel a special attack. In Addition, Zelda’s attack ranger is small and is best supplemented with Attack Range seals.
Same as Master Sword, You will be able to get only one Bow of Light in the game. If there are any seals attached with your bow that are not ideal, you will have to remove them at the Blacksmith.
Best Weapons and Seals for Impa

·Chapter 7: The Great Plateau
·Chapter 7: All Hyrule, United
Impa has powerful regular and special attacks, her attacks become extremely powerful after she applies 3 marks on her targets. You can add seals to further accentuate her strong points. She doesn’t need a longer range attack so we opted for Attack speed as the final seal.
Best Weapon Seals for Urbosa
Weapon
- Scimitar of the Seven
Rank
- Damage per 100 KOs
- Attack Range
- Strong Attack Damage
- Special-Attack Damage Up
Where To Find Scimitar of the Seven

Urbosa does high damage with her basic and special attacks, and this build seeks to buff them both up, her short weapon range also needs to improve.
How To Upgrade Weapons
Fusion Is The Key To Boosting Power
Choosing the right weapon in the game is very important, but if you want to upgrade your weapon just make sure you choose the right seals to boost your power. If you have a high level with optimal seals (secondary stat attributes), then you will be able to maximize how much damage your character can do.
You can carry the fusion at the Blacksmith you will have to use up weapons you have as materials to upgrade one specific weapon.
