How To Claim Rewards
To redeem a code in Genshin Impact you will have to go miHoYo’s gift page. Just make sure that the proper account is logged in and select your region, then enter the above-written code and click on redeem. After that, you will get a message that the code has been redeemed. But you will have to open up your mail to access it in-game. To get the reward click on the ‘claim’ button or click on the ‘Claim all’ button to get every unacknowledged mail reward together.
