In Genshin Impact, Cor Lapis isn’t exactly a rare resource. It’s the second most populous in the world of Tevyat’s, outside of generic crystals. However, you will need a lot of it, and some parts of the globe are clearly better than others. In this guide, we will show you how to find Cor Lapis, where to farm it, and what are its uses in Genshin Impact.
Where to Find Cor Lapis In Genshin Impact
You will have to be in Liyue if you are trying to farm Cor Lapis. Cor Lapis can be found on the Western coast of Luhua Pool and the Cuijue Slope in particular. Simply grab a claymore and start swinging. Each of them will break down after three hits. Between Lingju Pass and Mt. Tianheng, right next to Liyue Harbor, there’s also a smattering of Cor Lapis.
You can find the densest concentration of Cor Lapis on Mt.Hulao, but climbing around requires some effort, so it’s not the easiest place to visit. You can also buy Cor Lapis from Changshun in Liyue. Remember that the grass will regenerate every two to three days in real life. So it’s better to focus on all three fields. This will help you get the most out of your farm, and the time you spend waiting for them to respawn will be reduced.

Genshin Impact Cor Lapis Uses:
You will need a lot of Cor Lapis for the ascension of your character and it’s the main reason to get a lot of them. You will need 168 Cor Lapis for the ascension of each character. Chongyun, Keqing, and Zhongli can be leveled up by using Cor Lapis, so you will need just over 500 Cor Lapis to completely level them up. You can also use Cor Lapis in alchemical recipes like Dustproof Potions, Unmoving Essential Oils, and Geoculus Resonance Stones.
Cor Lapis is also an element in Geo Treasure Compasses, which can help you to find the nearest chest to you, even though you don’t need them. In fact, we don’t suggest making anything from the list above. The potions simply boost Geo damage or resistance, and the Geoculus Resonance Stones work in the same way as Treasure compasses. The only difference is that they will assist you in locating the Geoculi to present to the statues.
