Match Engine: In FM22 this new feature has enabled players to have huge stamina and can play a hundred miles an hour without a serious decline in their stamina.

Staff Meetings: You can have staff advice on every single player profile. This addition makes it a bit easier as all the different advices scattered across all different pages are collected in one singular place. The recommendations and suggestions from staff will really help you out with your player traits.

Deadline Day: The deadline day features itself allows you to track transfer in your own league, it allows you to see all your player’s contracts expiring in one place.

Players in one squad who have a little bit of interest or who get offered to you on the regular will be mentioned on deadline day.

Dynamic Youth Rating: If you look at a national team, every nation has a youth rating between numbers 1-200 which determines how good the players are. So this feature will let you know the era of new generation youth rating.

Wide Center-Backs: This feature has a lot of success with trying it out, with this position of players who will look to get forward can be played of defense, support, and attack and it opens up some interesting avenues of tactical decisions, it makes your tactical approaches creative.

Scouting And Transfer: This feature has important components, first there are transfer price ranges.

The market is not definitive very often the value of a player is determined by his value to the team. It really changes how you try and sign players.

So when you scout a player no longer are they given a recommendation between a 100 or zero but rather they are given a grade.

Data Hub: with this feature you can look at loads of scatter graphs, you can collect data on your own specific players and compare the agents and compare their attributes with other players, plus with their statistics in the league.
