How To Complete The Long Drop Treasure Hunt In Far Cry 6
To complete a Long Drop Treasure Hunt you’ll need to use a Far Cry 6 map, towards the southwestern portion of the La Joya region find the dam, and advance towards it.
When you reach there you will see a small building attached to a dam and next to a door is an orange box fixed on a wall to interact with and a note to read.
After reading a note you’ll need to find a control room to interact with panels in a systematic order to open the dam.
Turn right and head towards the storeroom, climb all the stairs and you’ll come across a broken catwalk on your way where a worker is clinging to a broken structure just about to fall in a dam. Well, he dies. Now use grappling points to move across to the other side.
Find a control room and jump on its roof then fall in its balcony from where you’ll look through a window to shoot a lock of the door. Go to the room now and interact with consoles in the right order.
First: Activate the sluice controls
Second: Hit the button present on the side of hydraulic monitoring machines
Third: Screw the valve
Fourth: Press the button on the main console
The dam is open now, head back and get the keys from a dead worker using a grappling rope. Gain access to a room with a hidden stash, get your treasure 150 Guerrilla XP, Excavation Execution) Shotgun.
