Dying Light 2 Best Weapons: Stats, Mods, and Where To Find Them

AshBy AshFebruary 9, 2022No Comments3 Mins Read

There are plenty of amazing weapons to get in Dying Light 2, but we have picked what we think are the best weapons in this article.

Techland has made an amazing zombie game where the unending battle of survival keeps going on, for that you have to gear up well to make it till the end. For that, you need to search for very promising weapons that have a good damaging rate and with the nicest durability.

What Are The Best Weapons In Dying Light 2

Before you decide which weapon is best to look for its three basic things:

  1. The Attributes:
  2. Weapon Mods
  3. Loot Scaling

The Attributes:

Think of a weapon rationally because these attributes make a huge difference. These attributes will clearly show if a weapon works best against humans of the infected ones.

Weapon Mods:

Normally these melee weapons have mode slots between 1 and 3 at the initial states. However, you can increase them by upgrading these weapons. Upgrading them will increase the rate of damage and hitting effects.

Loot Scaling:

As the player level increase, the level of the weapons found after that also increases.

The best weapons in Dying Light 2 are listed below:

PK Crossbow:

  • PK Crossbow is one of the best weapons that Dying Light 2 has.
  • You would never have to repair it since it’s a ranged weapon.
  • The rate of firing is insanely fast.
  • The damaging power is huge too.
  • You can customize its bolts into stun, explode, bleed, freeze and poison.

Heavy Duty (2H Long Axe):

  • Complete the Final story Mission and you will unlock this monstrous axe that is called heavy Duty.
  • You can cut away anything that comes in your way.
  • It has three mod slots that you can use to even increase its damage rate.

Enso Katana (2H Long Sword):

  • Well, if you want to kill in a style then opt for this weapon because it comes with a blend of strength and style.
  • It’s a two-handed blading weapon that can go through the enemy’s body.
  • Sometimes, it works even better than Heavy-duty, which makes it too fast and incredible.

Lazarus:

  • This weapon is fun to use, works pretty much well in the beginning, and is unique in style too.
  • Although it lacks mod slots which means you can not customize it.
  • Complete the Quest Water Tower to unlock this weapon.
  • You can also get it as a gift from Aiden.
