You will unlock the Small Man, Big Mouth Side quest after completing Heroes. In this quest, you will have to meet Kirk at El Coyote Coje, you will find him on the second floor of the bar. While on your way to Kirk, Johnny will appear on the stairs. Talk to him if you want, but it’s not necessary. After you meet Kirk talk to him about the job. If you will accept his proposition the side job will continue. After that, you will get the coordinates to the meeting from Kirk. Go to Arroyo, find Kirk, and talk to him. Follow the marker and you will be in the garage with a truck inside. Kill all the guards and look inside the van. You will get the Fake Samerei Jacket from the van. After that talk to johnny and go back to Kirk. The goons will let you go if you picked the second choice. Otherwise, you will have to kill them all and after that, the mission will be completed

The guards are overpowered so bring a lot of healing items and bullets to kill them all. It is better to kill them one by one. The truck will be guarded by goons and they will be hiding behind the light covers during the shootout. Use the Tech Weapons to charge your shots to make them pierce through the light covers. There will be three Valentinos at the end of this side job if you want to fight them start it directly without confronting them first. These goons are as dangerous as the ones guarding the truck so have a safe distance from them when the fight breaks out.
