• The second one will be inside the Barn
• You can get the third one in the upstairs window of the locked barn
• Another one will be hanging from the balcony of the large building
• The last in chapter one will be in the small outhouse

Quarry and Fish Farm Blue Medallion locations – Chapter 2 :

There are another 5 Blue Medallions in Chapter 3 of the game:

• The first one will be hanging on the wooden beams above the Quarry
• The second one will be underneath the dock near the boat
