It is near the entrance of the Destroy Stadium in Santa Destroy.

It is in the Thunder Dome, a place between the public toilet and the T-Shirt Alien.
Fourth Hidden Spot:
It is located in the Perfect World. You have to promptly reach the gas station to find your fourth finding spot.
Fifth Hidden Spot:
It is in the Call Of Bottle. Find yourself an armory on the way to an army base. You will find the Doppelganger around the corner area.
Sixth Hidden Spot:
It is in the Santa Destroy which is on the border of Mexico.
Seventh Hidden Spot:
You will find his seventh hiding den in the ruins of Call Of Battle. He’ll be in one of the nooks standing towards the ocean.
Eighth Hidden Spot:
His eighth hiding spot is in the Perfect World in the residential areas. He’ll be standing in plain sight near the tip of the Island.
Ninth Hidden Spot:
This is his last hiding spot. Follow through the alley between the Motel and Beef Head Video. You will find the Doppelganger behind the trailer.
