Samurai Shodown has been updated to version 2.42 today by SNK. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
This update resolves some issues with the DLC that added Baiken. Changes have been made to some of Baiken’s moves and other bug fixes have been implemented. You can have a look at the patch notes below. The bug fixes were shared by SNK and the patch is available now on all platforms.

Patch Ver. 2.42 has be released and following issues have been resolved.
-BAIKEN not able to Rage Explode after being Guard Crushed.
-Specific moves not displaying properly when BAIKEN is disarmed.
