RIDE 4 has been updated to version 1.24 today by Milestone. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
This patch simply adds a new Italian Style Pack 2 DLC support. It continues on the first pack which was released on February 18. It was sold for $5.99 and added 5 brand new bikes.

While we don’t know the bikes that are being added with this update, the new content marks the final stretches of DLC and updates for the game. The support will end around August as per the content roadmap shared by the developers. We are likely going to get a new RIDE game announcement.
