MotoGP 21 has been updated to version 1.06 today on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. Here are the complete patch notes for this update.
The update version on all the platforms is as follows: PS4 (1.006.000), PS5 (1.008.000), PC Steam, PC Epic, Xbox One (1.0.0.7), Xbox Series X|S (1.0.0.10). This patch apparently fixes an issue with the Brake Discs selection on Motegi as well as implements minor fixes.
