Dreams has been updated to version 2.24 by Media Molecule. This patch is available now for the PS4 and includes minor bug fixes as seen in the patch notes.
This minor hotfix fixes an issue with the game which led to the text in the Highlights page unable to function properly. You will need to install this update before you are able to connect with the servers in the game. The patch should be available on the PS4, and thus the PS5 as well.

This morning we’ve released an update to Dreams that fixes a bug preventing text being displayed in the Highlights page.
You’ll need to download this before you’re able to reconnect to the Dreams servers!
Dreams is a game creation system for the PlayStation 4 that was released on February 14, 2020. It was developed by Media Molecule and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It comes with Art’s Dream, a Dreams game created by the company, as well as access to other games and user-generated content.
