LTD. of using copyrighted music, images, and trademarks from KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD.’s game series “Nobunaga’s Ambition” and “Taiko Risshiden” for advertising their game app online without proper licensing. Despite prior warnings, the defendant continued these activities, leading to legal action.
Additionally, KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD. claims that the defendant’s unauthorized use of their name in public and misleading descriptions suggesting a connection between their app and KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD. are harmful to users, partners, and the gaming industry’s reputation.
