3D Realms and Pet Project Games have released the Monstrous Update for RIPOUT on Steam. This update adds exciting new content to the game, including a new enemy called the Bulwark. The Bulwark is a towering foe equipped with a shield and a minigun, and defeating it requires strategic teamwork and timing. The update also introduces a new mission type called the Recycle Bin, where players must clear bio-canisters before they explode. To help players in these battles, the update adds a new sidearm called the Buckshot, a shotgun-style weapon designed for close-quarter combat.
In addition to these new features, the Monstrous Update brings various enhancements to the game, including audio improvements, optimizations, new weapon-fire animations, and hotfixes. These updates aim to improve the gameplay experience and make it smoother and more immersive for players.
