You can find the Safe Key inside the wine cellar. It will be close to the staff restrooms and opposite the utility room by the garage side door. Now to find the key, you have to head to the back location where there is a big embroidered crest on the ground. This location will be marked as Screamer Hot Spot on the map. If it isn’t, then you must have to proceed through the story further.
Now as the name represents Screamers, you will see a bunch of Screamers spawning in the back of the mansion. But the Screamer you need is specifically named ‘Crystal The Lawyer’. You have to block the Screamer attacks in order to land some melee hits on the Screamer. This will help you provide them with some serious damage.
After killing Crystal The Lawyer, the Safe Key will be dropped instantly. Grab the Key and head inside the mansion to open the Valuable Safe.
