This update is only available for the PS4 and PS5 consoles in addition to Google Stadia. Based on the official statement shared by the developers, this hotfix is to improve server stability so that is the only thing mentioned in the patch notes for this update.
PUBG Update 2.19 Patch Notes
[Console] A hotfix has been released to improve server stability. This will only apply to PlayStation and Stadia platforms, however, a separate hotfix will be released on Mon 26th Sept for Xbox. A download will be required to apply the hotfix.
In PUBG, you have to land on key points, gather weapons and supplies, and survive to be the last squad remaining across a variety of Battlegrounds. It is free-to-play and available for PC, Consoles, and Smartphones.
