Cities Skylines update 11.01 was released today for PS4 and Xbox One. You can get the complete patch notes for this update here.
New Chirper Hot Air Balloon Tours building, new birthday-related chirps, and an additional Lines Overview shortcut to Public Transport buildings. Soil purchasing and disposal are now only available with sufficient cash, and simulation slows/stutters with additional taxiways. In certain circumstances, planes take off vertically, and a portion of the Airport Area window was chopped off in the Russian localization.

- Fixed: Simulation slows down/stuttering with more taxiways
- Fixed: Planes take off vertically in some cases
- Fixed: In the Airport Area window a part of the word was cut off in the Russian localisation
- Soil buying / disposing of is now only possible if having adequate funds
- Minor bug fixes
