Deltarune has been updated to version 1.05 today by Toby Fox. You can find out the complete patch notes for this update from here.
There was an earlier patch for the game that was related to some minor bugs and adjustments, but this also introduced a major issue with the game related to the save file for chapter 2 not loading as expected. The hotfix that is available today has resolved this issue while it might be released at a later date for the Nintendo Switch.
