The new patch for the game appears to address an issue where using a custom stadium could lead to various major issues with competitions and career saves. The patch is available to download now on all major platforms. It has the following update version: Xbox Series X 1995, Xbox One 1996, PlayStation4 EU 1997, US 2001, PlayStation5 1994, and Steam 1998.
