Call of Duty Vanguard NAT Type Moderate Error and How To Fix

Xbox, PS5, PS4, NAT Type: Open

• You are allowed to chat with friends.
• You can host multiplayer games.
• You are not restricted and can join multiplayer mode.

Xbox, PS5, PS4 NAT Type: Moderate

• You will be confined to a few of the people to chat with.
• You can not be the host of the game.

Xbox, PS5, PS4 NAT Type: Strict

• You are very much bound to when the NAT type is strict.
• You can neither chat with anyone nor you can be selected as a host.

Xbox

• On your left side of the home menu, there will be a guide available, open it. 
• From there select settings 
• Now go for “All Settings”
• And choose Network

And you can see the type of NAT.

PS4 AND PS5

• Go to settings
• Then select Network
• Check Internet Connection Status

PS5:

• Go to settings
• Open Network
• Check Connection Status

On Xbox One and Series X / Series S

• First, you need to check the access address of your router which normally stands at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254
• Open your browser and insert the address of your router to check. 

Step # 02:

• You have to log in to the router with the username and password said to be “admin”.
• If the password or username is different then check the bottom side of the router.

Step # 03: 

• Then check your UPnP, if it’s enabled or not. You can find it in the advanced settings.

Step # 04:

• Assemble the ports.
• You can google it.
• Search by your router’s company name and model number. 
• All the port boxes such as External, External End, and Internal, put the numbers.
• In the Internal Host, you have to out the IP address of your router.

PS4 and PS5

You can repeat the same steps to fix the NAT type error in PS4 and PS5.
